Our vertically integrated facility in Dongguan covers filament winding, autoclave/oven curing, 5-axis CNC machining, and quality inspection — eliminating handoff risk and compressing lead times.

  • Filament Winding & Autoclave Cure

    CNC-controlled winding with fiber placement angle ±0.5°. Autoclave cure at 135°C for Vf >62% and near-zero porosity.

  • 5-Axis CNC Machining

    DMG Mori 5-axis machining centres. Tolerances to ±0.02mm. PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tooling avoids delamination on all cut edges.

  • CMM Dimensional Inspection

    Zeiss Contura CMM with CALYPSO software. 100% inspection on critical dimensions; statistical process control (SPC) on production runs.

  • Adhesive Bonding & Assembly

    Controlled-environment bonding room. Fixtures ensure ±0.1mm alignment of CF-to-metal joints. Peel and lap-shear testing on each batch.
