Our manufacturing facility in Dongguan, Guangdong Province covers over 10,000 m² and houses dedicated production lines for roll wrapping, pultrusion, and filament winding. We operate our own tooling shop, curing ovens, and finishing department, giving us complete control over quality at every stage.
From individual prototype tubes for engineers to production runs of tens of thousands of pieces for OEM customers, we have the flexibility and capacity to serve a wide range of project sizes and industries.

Toray T700S
Standard-modulus carbon fiber. Best balance of tensile strength, stiffness, and cost for structural assemblies.
Toray T800H
Intermediate-modulus fiber. Preferred for UAV spars and robotic links demanding high stiffness-to-weight.
7075-T6 Aluminum
Aerospace-grade aluminum for CNC-machined end fittings, flanges, and inserts. Anodized for corrosion resistance.
Epoxy Prepreg
Toray E250 / Hexcel 8552 epoxy resin systems. Tg >190°C for post-cure stability in high-temperature operating environments.
